There are lots of benefits of working with a Life Coach.
There is an increase in confidence, less feeling of stress, anxiety, frustration. You start to feel that you can reach your full potential. You will start to feel that you've got that confidence to step outside of your comfort zone and do all the things that you've wanted to do.
One thing that you can do straight away and put into effect immediately that will really help a positive mindset is to start the day with three gratitudes, three things that you're grateful/appreciative for. Then at the end of the day think of three things that have gone really well that day.
That starts and ends the day on a positive and can make a real difference.
How do you know you need life coaching?
Quite often it's when you know that you can achieve a lot more, but you feel stuck, you feel frustrated. You know that you are not putting that time and attention into yourself and you know that you would achieve a lot more if you did, that's when you know you need a life coach.
My approach when working with clients is relaxed and informal. Quite often the blockers that are holding you back is your internal conversation, so I help you to
work out what your self-limiting beliefs are and then change those into
enabling beliefs so that you can reach your full potential.
