Who comes to Phoenix for Coaching?
I want to tell you about Client 'A'
She has a job she loves, despite its pressures. She also has two young children and a husband.
She wears lots of hats, and she wants to be at her best in all of her roles.
She also has some dreams of her own - Whilst she finds time for them when she can she fits them in and around her responsibilities. She calls the big goals, her 'one-day' goals.
She loves her responsibilities but they do feel a bit of a juggle.
She knows that if she managed her time better it would feel less of a juggle and she could be 'smarter' with the time she has.
She also knows that she is juggling some things that she would like to put down and walk away from.
She doesn't often feel stressed but she does sometimes look back on how she has responded to things and wishes that she had handled them in a different way.
She is well-liked by people that she meets, she is well respected in her job. This means she is often the 'go-to' person for help and support. She doesn't mind this, she loves helping, she would like to be better equipped to help these people whilst protecting herself from their energies.
She knows that she has more potential and capability and that investing some time on herself would benefit her family, her friends and her work colleagues.
She knows it will help, it just isn't at the top of her list. Other things keep taking priority.
This is Client 'A'
Client 'A' attended THRIVE and focused on herself when the children were in bed. Over the 12 weeks, she learnt about herself as well as more tools to put in her 'life toolkit'
She is still using what she learnt, she continues to thrive and evolve and is even sharing what she has learnt with her children.
