Each module has a video introduction, an activity sheet, a workshop and additional resources.
This was delivered as a live programme for over 5 years and to hundreds of participants with life changing results.
You can now complete the programme at your own pace, and in your own time.
Activity sheets can be completed online. Videos are subtitled.
